My Sewing machine had seized solid and snapped the needle on Sunday morning. I Found the advert for Sewing Machine Services Sussex on the web, read the reviews, was very impressed so contacted Paul on Monday morning and he asked if he could repair it for me and, if so, when I could deliver the machine to him, he said yes and when was good for me. I told him in about an hour if convenient, it was so I took it straight to Horsham. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call on the following afternoon to say that the machine had been repaired and serviced and was ready for collection. As I was available to collect it within the hour and that was acceptable I went directly to Horsham to pick it up. What wonderful, professional, quality service. I am very impressed.

Paul did an excellent job with my brother lx17! My handwheel was stuck so I called for a repair. Paul came to pick it up that morning and returned it fixed that same day. The service is great value and quality. I am very pleased :)

The best sewing machine service around the South East! Paul answered my call straight away, he was friendly and informative and gave me a clear timeline of how long it would take to service my machine. He offered a pick up and drop off service from my house and back to my local sewing shop as I wasn't home which was incredibly helpful. My machine is running perfectly again and looks like new. I've used other machine repairs around the area and they were frankly incomparable to Paul, in terms of price, time scale and great service. I will continue to use his service and recommend highly!
