Swimming lessons for young children. The instructor is nurturing and carefully leads the children and their parents through the class activities.

We've been taking our daughter here since she was 5 months. Whilst her swimming has come along incredibly well, unfortunately, since the pool renovation the prices have gone up to an extortionate amount (£17 per lesson). The class's are so oversubscribed from the 6 it used to be limited to, to now with often 9 people in one class; even the teachers seem overwhelmed! Lessons are becoming more of a free for all, rather than structured and organised. This is not a slight on the teachers at all, they're all amazing! The swim school have noticeably started placing children who've never swam before, or are not confident in the water, in classes far too advanced for them. Unfortunately, this redirects the teachers attention away from every other child in the class which is unacceptable, especially for the price being charged per lesson. The original changing rooms have also declined since the renovation, from having fitted benches to now often having nothing, or a plastic garden chair taking up half the changing spaces. This results in having to queue sometimes after a lesson to use one of the new changing rooms, which are often flooded due to the floor not being level. The time has come to talk with our feet, as seems to be the way these days. We're moving our daughter to another swim school (The Sussex Swim School), thankfully with the same teacher as she's had here which should make the transition easier, and for £6 per lesson cheaper! (£13). Their classes are limited to 6 children per class, where I'm sure she'll continue to flourish! Hopefully the feedback here is taken on board and used to improve the swim school back to what it used to be, instead of dismissed as per the responses to the other non-5 star reviews I've seen here.

Great swim school. Doesn’t feel overcrowded or like a conveyer belt of classes. The teachers take their time with each child and as a parent I’m grateful that I can sit so close to the pool to watch my child learn to swim. Parking is plenty and there’s plenty of seating poolside to not have to sit too close to other parents. Showers, toilets and changing area is always spotlessly clean.

Fantastic swim school, lovely instructors and great content for classes. My daughter's confidence in the water really grew during the time we were there, and we both looked forward to our lesson each week. Would highly recommend. Thank you Horsham Swim School!

Lovely warm pool and friendly staff. My daughter started swimming at around 13 weeks old and has made lots of progress already (just about to turn 6 months old). Definitely recommend Horsham Swim school.

Excellent swimming pool and instructor. I started taking my baby when she was only 2 months old. She really enjoys being in the water and has already started to learn swimming and safety skills. The lessons are really fun and vary each week. The pool is really warm and the facilities are really nice and clean. Free parking. I highly recommend Horsham Swim School!

My 2.5 year old daughter has been having lessons at Horsham Swim School for the last term, and she thoroughly enjoys them. She was very nervous at first, but her confidence has grown a lot. She loves all the toys that they use and the songs during the lessons. The pool is lovely, very clean, with a separate play area for children while they are waiting to start their lesson. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
