Your Zone Horsham has made an amazingly positive change to my fitness. I was tired of going to the gym and lacked motivation and am no longer able to do my sports due to injury. Finding YZ means that I can keep pushing myself to reach my goals. I love the MEP tracker approach but more importantly it’s the instructors and the community that keeps you pushing yourself. The instructors understand and actively ask for details of any injuries and give alternative options so these classes are accessible to people of many ages and fitness levels. That’s enough from me. If you’re interested, give it a go!

When YourZone first opened I was already a regular at the gym and other classes at The Hollbrook Club, so decided to go just for the free trial, with absolutely no intention of signing up whatsoever. Four years later and I’m still a regular! I get much more out of a 45 minute class than I used to in the gym as the heart rate display on the screens, motivational instructors and the other members push me more than if I was doing my own thing. I love the varied format, availability of classes, and even after all this time there will be exercises I’ve not done before or ones I forget about. The staff are great at adapting the workout to suit beginners, work around injuries, or to make it harder (even if we don’t thank them at the time!) so it’s a great class for everyone. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Zone 45 is a great way to get fit because you can track your own performance, effort levels and improvement throughout each class. Each week is different so you don’t get bored and the Instructors are always enthusiastic and professional. Give it a go!!

Amazing classes lots of variety. Such good support from instructiors and other members. Heart rate monitors are used which allow progress to be monitored. Quick and easy too book sessions online. Highly recommend!

Yourzone45 is a great way to get the most out of exercise. It has a balance of cardio, strength and core exercises . The instructors are very motivational whilst making it fun. Each week has a different focus and each day a different routine which keeps it fresh. We have been participating for around 3 years and noticed the difference in fitness levels and wellbeing after just a few weeks. Keep up the good work!

Been coming to YourZone45 for a few months now. It's such a friendly, welcoming place with a great team of skilled and supportive teachers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to kickstart a body fat loss or weight loss journey!

I have been a member of YourZone for around a month and a half. My experience of Horsham’s YourZone45 has been faultless and I am sure my classes in the future will be too. Previously, I have been a reluctant and infrequent gym goer - having 1.5 hour sessions in a gym achieving little results and feeling more insecure coming out than coming in. The YourZone45 experience is SO different - it is so friendly and welcoming; you have the ability to make many friendships as the classes are not too big, roughly 15 people or less. The instructors themselves are brilliant, and even the newer ones in training are able to bring banter to the class. I have noticed small but steady changes to myself over these last 6 weeks. Why? Because the classes include cardio and interval training, meaning I am able to burn calories around 36 hours after the session.. woohoo! But also this has become a new part of my routine and I am no longer shattered after 9-5 at work, I look forward to going to the gym in the evenings. Even so, I am willing to give up my lie-ins at the weekend for these classes!! Highly recommend :-)

Fantastic. I find it so difficult to get motivated to go to the gym but these classes are great. Varied cardio and strength/conditioning exercises, with coaches giving you an added get go. Just what I need.

I would highly recommend YourZone45 Horsham. As someone who has found it difficult to enjoy exercise this has totally turned me around that I look forward to going rather than dreading it. It has really helped my mental health as well as my physical health, improving my fitness and self-confidence. Being in a small group gives you the feeling of attending a personal training session. The trainers are more attentive of what everyone is doing, checking their posture and form, giving you confidence that you are doing them right. The trainers are great at what they do. Caring, motivating and commending you on your achievements. Other members are so friendly that it has a family feel to it. Competing against your own progress, and not just other members of the class, makes it an enjoyable experience no matter what your level of fitness or age. Booking the classes online is easy or can book at the end of a class with the trainer for future classes.💪😊

YourZone 45 is a great way to improve fitness and tone up. The classes are intense and varied over 45 mins, with motivational coaches pushing you all the way. Highly recommend!
