Joanna and her team are absolutely brilliant. They are kind and caring and our two Bengals are very relaxed when they are there. Amazing Clinic! All of the staff are friendly and clearly care about the cats they are treating. Both our girls have become very comfortable attending for the kitten checks and aren't showing any signs of vet anxiety - which is such a relief. They were both spayed recently and the entire process was smooth and considered. The staff kept us up to date via phone call and email, including sending pictures of them. You can barely see the surgery incision and you wouldn't have guess they had the procedure the next day next from the way they were acting. Couldn't be happier with the care our girls receive here :)

We were apprehensive about taking our cat for her yearly booster inoculation as she is very nervous and can get really upset. I was looking after my daughter’s cat while she was on holiday. He became unwell after a few days. I looked online for vet recommendations as I have not had a cat of my own for 25 years, I liked the sound of this cat clinic. I phoned them and they gave me an appointment straight away. A very welcoming, light and airy clinic. Holly gave him a thorough check over and diagnosed his symptoms very quickly. She followed up the next morning and replied to any questions I had forwarding me further information by email. I would highly recommend this clinic…

Very caring vets, vet nurses and admin staff. And it's so nice to take our cats to a vet without worrying that they will be sitting in a waiting room with dogs looking at them. They really do everything they can to make the animal feel at ease, and the care/information is excellent.

I came to Graylands after trying two other vet clinics who sadly gave me no real answers or hope for my 4-month-old kitten. From the moment I walked into Graylands, they were focused, honest, and ready to help without wasting time or money. Unfortunately, because of delays at the previous clinics, it was too late to save our beloved kitten, and we had to say goodbye. But I’ll always be thankful to Graylands for trying their best and treating us with so much care during such a difficult time. This was our first time coming here. It was a lovely quiet environment for our cat, Joanne was so caring and attentive to our cat. Joanne really took her time with cutting our cats claws due to her fear of having her claws cut. Her owners got home and were relieved Ebony had a positive experience with her nails begin cut. Joanne also gave us tips on how to help Ebony overcome her fear. We have already registered our boy cat here now

Whenever we contact and visit Graylands it just feels a safe pair of hands for all round cat and kitten care - from over the phone advice, monthly online newsletters, helpful workshops, to emergency consultations or routine checks - our cats have been so well supported this past year. The team have always been professional, organised, knowledgeable and empathetic; and there are plenty of cuddles offered to feline visitors and a friendly welcome for everyone . The environment itself is always calm, interesting and temperate which seems to put our cats right at ease; however poorly they are feeling. It’s so fantastic to find cat specialists who show how much they want to care at times when you just need to feel confident you’re in expert hands. Joanna is amazing at listening, professional and thorough whilst being reassuring and gentle to our cats. The extensive, cutting edge kit and back hospital space is spotless, and enables fast testing, treatment and recovery. Highly recommend if you want the best care for your feline companions.

After using a big chain of vets for many years and not being happy with prices and care we decided to try Graylands after a recommendation. From the start we was impressed with the service, a phone call with a vet to discuss our worries. Then when our cat needed emergency care she was completely spoilt and looked after. After being overcharged for years it has been lovely to find a vets that doesn’t cost the earth but also prioritises cats and their wellbeing. If you’re looking for good quality care this is the place to go. 10/10
