James, our surveyor did a fantastic job in clearly highlighting various issues in the property with an effective report in layman terms along with clear pictures. Our property purchase did not go through, however, Nuven has saved us thousands of pounds for which we are really grateful. I will surely go with them again for our next house. Nuven were responsive and understanding. I raised an issue with them and they were quick to rectify and ultimately I was very happy with the service. We had James as our surveyor and he was great, even calling me up to make sure I understood everything. It was very expensive but so were all the surveyors I found.

Excellent service! Emily was super helpful and was able to book the appointment in very quickly. Matt the surveyor provided the report within one day and went through it thoroughly with us.
