Avoid at all costs. Cost effective for what it is but transporters are not in good condition - the wing-mirror was smashed when I went to pick up the vehicle as well as the dash being lit up like a Christmas tree with various warnings. Furthermore, it has been more than a month and they still have not returned my £100 deposit despite numerous communications with Sam saying he would sort it. This was after I returned the vehicle early having thoroughly washed it down and spent £40 of my own money on ad-blue because the vehicle didn’t have any when I collected it it the first place. Such a shame as I regularly have use for a transporter so if it weren’t for abysmal customer service and scamming me out of £100 I would be a repeat customer.

SAM will not return my deposit. The Van had too many faults. Absolutely rubbish service- spend your money somewhere else THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!

The van wasn't in great condition and had some warning lights on the dash. Also, after more than a month of trying to get my £100 deposit back, I finally had to raise a case with PayPal who sorted it out for me. It's a shame because everyone seemed nice on the phone but the trustpikot reviews show I'm not the first person to have issues with their deposit. Use at your own risk but definitely don't pay via the friends and family option on PayPal as there is no protection that way

We eventually got the job done, but the winch on the truck was a little temperamental to say the least. On the pluses side our emergency call to relay the problem was eventually answered by a nice helpful lady and the charge for hiring the said vehicle was reasonable. The winch really was the only problem. Maybe ask for a demonstration with the winch before driving it away

I arrived without receiving a confirmation booking, but Mike sorted me out regardless. The Transporter was perfectly suitable for the task and drove surprisingly well with the added weigh once the car was loaded. These vehicles are work horses, so naturally a bit worn, but does the job-what more do you want. This was the best priced company I found, and would use them again. I found Mike very much to the point, saying it as it is, not dancing around a subject- refreshing to me. On a different note: On returning the Transporter and checking my personal car for a suspicious noise (back wheels), I discovered an issue with my rear brakes. Not only did Mike graciously offer for me to use some of his tools to fix it, he drove me to the local dealer to get the parts I needed. He did not need to do any of this, but without his help I would have been "up the proverbial creek". Thanks again Mike.

Convenient for Guildford and NBA Sports Cars at Dunsfold Airdrome industrial park. The transporters have seen better days, but serve their purpose well, and I prefer the self-drive aspect.

Excellent service Mike was very prompt on emails and phone and answering my questions, place was a little out of the way but follow the instructions from Mike and you shouldnt go wrong. All booked over email. Mike met me there and explained all details etc. I used the transporter (not new) but very functional and even easier with the remote for the winch. Dropped back same day and keys left, emailed Mike and deposit less mileage back very quick. Would use again when i need to move a car.

I needed to get a non runner picked up. Enquired via the website, had near instant response, Mike laid out the process, fair price, convenient pick up and drop off, all the kit we needed, speedy turn around. What more can I say? If you need to move a vehicle, get the right tool for the job from Mike. Really pleased with my experience, would definitely use again if the need arose.

I rented a car transporter from the pickup point in Farnham. I needed to move my Classic car into my other garage in Feltham. The meet and greet went without a problem. The vehicle drove like new and the equipment, e.g. Winch, straps and ramps were all like new. I was so impressed . The system they have regarding pick up and drop off works . I have three classic cars and will be using this company again. Thanks

Terrible. Absolutely unprosfessional. Told me to 'f off' when I requested my deposit. Charged me £18 pounds for a rusty old padlock which keeps rear tailgate falling off on the motorway. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
