Locking mechanism on bifold patio doors was jamming - James took a look - simple solution was silicone grease (which I should have realised) - all fixed and despite my best efforts refused to take any fee…….what more can I say.

What a lovely, efficient and knowledgeable man. My elderly mum had a quote of £350 for replacing malfunctioning window locks and handles. Window wizard came in and oiled said windows then refused to take any payment as he had only spent 10 minures applying some oil. My mum was absolutely delighted. I cant recommend him highly enough. Both windows work beautifully.
