Wonderful - after months of struggling with a back issue which made me feel 90 years old (I'm 52), three sessions with Rachel and I'm back to my old self. Incredible! ...and this is coming from a doubter of what is seen as alternate medicine. I could not be more grateful.

I came to Rachel after a case of Bell's Palsy had left one side of my face with a drooping lip and no motor function in one eye. Having had only minor improvement in the three months since the attack, I came to look at acupuncture after it was suggested to me. Rachel was realistic on possibilities from the start and explained things along the way. Amazingly within a couple of weeks, things started to improve and after six weeks of regular weekly sessions, I am almost back to normal. I cannot recommend Oakridge Acupuncture enough for their treatment

The daily aches and pains have gone and I can sleep properly again which is such a relief. Rachel really is talented and so calming as well - my biggest fear is needles and she managed to make me feel so comfortable and easy about it. I felt very reassured and she doesn't use tonnes of needles which is great. Every time I have been I have asked for something to be improved or helped and it has worked every time.
