Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. I called last night late as the barrel in my front door had broken, Justin checked I was safe and could enter my home. We agreed I would meet his partner who turned up on the dot this morning as promised. Laurence replaced the barrel in 10mins, left me with new keys, tidied up and ensured I was 100% happy.
