Excellent service

Unprofessional. Enquired about a service, was asked what breed of dog I had, and then read and ignored my response, and my follow up message. I was polite, and feel even if you don't like certain breeds, it's basic decency to at least respond and let someone know that you don't offer X service to Y dogs. Not even sure what I did to deserve the lack of response as all was polite both sides beforehand.

Nadine did an absolutely brilliant job on my sprocker spaniel today. He looks great, would highly recommend her.
