I came to this practice in an emergency as I had an infected tooth amongst other serious issues regarding my teeth, from the word go Mark, Louisa, Bee and all the people who work here have been nothing but friendly, welcoming, courteous and very professional in the way they deal with absolutely everything. I have just finished a treatment of 4 root canals spread over the last few months and everything about this process has been amazing from the start. Initially I was worried about this treatment but I had a consultation with Mark who was very very reassuring and professional and I have to say I am very impressed with how the whole thing has gone. I am due to have more work completed this year to finish the treatment I needed and I couldn’t be happier with the whole thing. A very very happy customer!

He will go through treatment options but also wont hold back in doing what is right. If you want to pay to see orchids on the reception desk and expensive wallpaper in the waiting room then this is not the place for you, but if you are after meeting a team of hard working people that will give your teeth the best possible care then find this hidden gem.

I had an emergency booking with Mark Setters and he was fantastic. I needed a very painful and infected tooth out, he could not have been kinder and epathetic. He was very quick and it was painless. The lady dental nurse was very nice too. Hazel the receptionist was so very friendly after my treatment and a human touch was lovely of her to make me feel at ease. I could not give a higher praise to this dentist/dental practice and would highly recommend it

Firstly as a seasoned traveller I can tell you its a NHS service and not Private services. When you go to Private clinics world over especially for emergency they treat you same day not take your money and say come back after a week. Also first for me to pay for appointment as many deduct it from your treatment. Was surprised to be asked to pay 50% upfront for next treatment as it seemed I was being blackmailed to pay in advance for services not rendered. As my tooth is broken I have no choice during lockdown and this closest to my home and locality.

Having had a bad experience in another dental practice, I felt very nervous. I was reassured and welcomed by the receptionist and the dentist took his time to explain the procedure slowly without rushing me. Thank you so much, you have restored my faith in dentists!

Do not visit this dentist if you have any kind of fears. The front page of their website proclaims they are specialiats in helping nervous patients. They are not. A head tilt and a smile from the most condescending and patronising dentist I've ever met is not helpful. Luckily I ended up refered to a specialist for my main treatment so didn't have to spend too much time there. Finished my treatment elsewhere. Also their pricing is high compared to other private practices, but I'd pay double to be treated like an adult and not a 5yrs old. Oddly enough I actually paid less than I was quoted for my final crown, which was carried out elsewhere. Couldn't wait to get out of the place. If you don't have a fear of dentists then you won't understand but the visits here were a massive set back for me after making years of progress with another dentist who unfortunately had to shut down. Be aware anyone with fear issues.

I came to see Mark as I was concerned about the state of my receeding gums. I received a first class service. The receptionist took all my medical details and made sure Mark was aware of any relevant information. Mark then inspected my mouth, took detailed notes and x-rays (he is THAT thorough!) before explaining to me what the problem was, why it occurred and referring me on to the hygienist for specialist attention. Thoroughly recommend!

I always find the practise friendly and welcoming. Mr Setters and his staff are very professional. My treatments have been thorough and carried out in an accurate but gentle manner. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

It was with some anxiety that after nearly thirty years of treatments our Horsham dentist retired and we needed to find another.
