From the first call to Paul until the work was completed by David, I have nothing but praise for this company. Professional, reliable, tidy and friendly; what more could you want! Outstanding service and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Paul & David attended home 23/08/2023 to complete re-lining of three lengths of drain water pipe, totally 13M. They worked hard in hot conditions. Kept me politely informed at all times about the process of the resin pipe liners & how long to cure them. Installed 2x rest bends on concrete. Heavy work done with a smile & care. Even brought some top soil to lay where rest bends fitted, & scatter lawn seed!! A great job done, I would have no hesitation calling on DSL to carry out further works if required. Arrived early, after confirming ok by telephone. Asked questions about our problem and queried the drain runs. Inspected and confirmed the runs. Identified the problem and did a thorough clean of the drains. Kept me informed and showed me issues then inspected using the camera. Left every clean and tidy. I would recommend them.

Cannot fault the service from Paul and the team in any way. An emergency call late on a Friday and a tricky problem to resolve, they returned early on Saturday to restore fully working drains in far from easy circumstances. My first time using Drainflow Solutions and I was very pleased with the outcome. They arrived on time (same day service) and set about their work efficiently and professionally. They had all the right equipment and had my drains flowing freely within an hour. A family business, and local to me. I will definitely use them again.

I definitely can and will recommend Paul and drainflow solutions. We spoke on the Monday and he made time to come out on the Wednesday to clear a blocked drain and perform a cctv survey for us, which was required for the sale of our flat. His communication was excellent and we were more than happy with the price.

Drainflow Solutions responded promptly to my initial contact. A site visit was quickly arranged and an estimate given. Within a week the work commenced and the problem was comprehensively dealt with and the site left in a tidy condition. The standard of workmanship was excellent.

Within a few hours of calling Paul, he and his brother arrived with their van, full of the most up to date equipment. They identified the drainage problem and the whole issue was settled within an hour. Fantastic service at a very fair price.

Just fantastic from the initial phone call to the end of the job. We needed to locate a waste pipe and have a new one put in. They came out very quickly and managed to find the pipe (nowhere near where the plans said it would be) and were able to give us a solution on how to lay the new one. Given they were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I felt immediately they would be the best people for the job. I did not regret that decision, They were brilliant! Had no issue leaving them to get on, safe in the knowledge everything was going to be done to the highest of standards. It was so wet and muddy at the time work begun, I was a little concerned at how the garden would look once they were finished, but to my very pleasant surprise and against so much mud, they did a brilliant job of making the garden good again. Can not recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
